Blending History and Innovation in a Unique Sales House

The design team, led by Chenjia, Tan Xiaolei, Zhanghao, and Dou Minggang, embarked on this project in April 2018 and completed it in March 2019. The 1800 square meter sales office is located in Xujing plate, a region known for its historical significance and natural beauty. The design purpose was to integrate these characteristics, extending the outdoor environment into the indoor space to create a seamless transition between the building and its surroundings.

What sets the Zhonghe Kechuang project apart is its innovative use of materials and technology. The design team used a combination of metal plate, texture paint, and marble to create a space that is both innovative and unified. The color, texture, luster, and contrast of these materials give the space a unique sense of technology and avant-garde style. The design also emphasizes the integrity of function, structure, and form, resulting in a space that is both practical and aesthetically pleasing.

The project was not without its challenges. The design team had to find a way to integrate architecture, landscape, interior, and soft decoration into a cohesive whole. They achieved this through the use of highly condensed color, simple modeling, and a careful balance of materials. The result is a space that combines people, space, and objects in a delicate and reasonable manner.

The sales office is equipped with a water bar area, VIP reception room, and children's activity area, among other features. These spaces are designed to provide different experiences for customers. The design also incorporates a large number of metal and stone materials, which contribute to the overall sense of modernity and technology. The selection of ornaments and furniture, characterized by the use of arcs and fold lines, adds a sense of rhythm to the space.

The Zhonghe Kechuang project has been recognized for its innovative design and technical excellence. It was awarded Silver in A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award in 2020. This prestigious award is given to designs that demonstrate outstanding expertise, innovation, and artistic skill.
